Hello Guys
After we resign in LTIM , If we have suppose 20 Leaves in balance How calculation takes place for those leaves during full & final settlement.
Someone who had clear idea can provide inputs

No variables pay if you are on notice period when variables going to credit

When I left Genpact and encashed my 44 leaves I only got the basic pay component like the other person here commented.

when I left TCS , 30 leaves encashment were paid that too on gross pay , not on Basic pay that why aske this.
