I have 51 earned leaves along with me , For Bangalore we can encash Max 45 leaves . My LWD is 12 May . Any suggestion , advice for your freind should I utilise extra 6 leaves or not , along with I also have 6 Casual Leaves. Currently I am on the bench so although I am not doing any work just waiting for my LWD what should I do Please guide How Much money will I get is it 90K ?
My fixed pay is 10L exact and i have 40 earned leaves, can you please tell me the formula how my leave encashment will be calculated (location - noida which allow 45 days leave encashment) or if anyone can calculate and let me know the amount pleasee
Use up your Casual Leaves one day at a time. Forget your Earned Leaves, Accenture will cash 45, rest gone.
Instead Of Casual , can I use earned leaves and left the balance as 45 Till my lwd and get my 45 leaves encash, how Much noney I will get I am Level 11 and having fixex 559000
U r in bench how does even it matters u don’t have to work either way u take leave or not
