If I take sick leave during notice period, will my last working change in system ?

Monthly one sick leave u can apply
but if u take more leaves then it depends on your manager

You are in which grade? And 90 days notice is not a problem at this time ? I saw some one posted they asked to leave immediately without serving 90days notice after sending a resignation letter.
