Trending @Accenture; Leaves during notice period
If we need to take 2 days of leave during 90 days of notice, should we take special permission? If in case the resignation is already accepted, will they still increase your LWD if you take leaves?
From what I heard, only sick leaves are allowed, other leaves do require 'special' permission (beg)
All the leaves applied before putting down papers will not have any impact on your notice period. However during notice period, unless until there is no impact to deliverables, leaves can be taken. However it depends on your manager as, this is the time generally PPL started playing and taking revenge. But we have cool managers too 😊
I got to know that even SL needs manager approval, and supervisor can be extend the notice period by those days if he wills.
Depend on supervisor to supervisor...
