I am planning to take sick leaves during notice so I need to inform prior to taking since it is 3-4 days?

How can you give prior information about being sick? Good joke. In case you do fall sick for 3 days and take leaves you have to give a doctor certificate. Otherwise you must try and recover within at most 2 days.

I am not sick It is just that I want to take leaves that too not consecutive 3 days

You can take sick leave if you are sick. Use other leaves if you aren't sick.

Nope all good. You can take SL. Just ensure its not repetitive and continuous. They might in that case extend NP a bit.
