Trending @Capgemini; Leaves carry forward

I have a total of 26 leaves left now.. how many can we forward to the next year I think it is 30 but then ask adam says we can only carry forward 15.

15 if it is your first year at CG, 30 if you were at CG for more than 1 year

26 but if last year's count is 5 then only 5+ 15 will be carried forward as max 15 can be carried forward

It is 30 I believe. Since I joined CG in 2021, I have also had 20+ (and less than 30) leaves remaining by end of the year and all were carry forwarded to the next year.
