Leaves are getting freezed
I am in notice period currently and we received the mail for all leaves are getting freezed.If all earned leaves will freeze so will I get any amount for my leave balance in my FNF ?

Its getting frozen for the month of March as Q and FY end.
But on NP you are allowed to only take SL and that can be taken as and when required.
FL is on the grey area some are okay and some are not.

Earned leaves will be encased at 3rd Class conversion rate (basic only) and I guess you can take sick and Flexi leaves still.
