Leaves applied and approved before putting resignation, will there be any issue on this ?

my colleagues who are on paper there approved leaves were cancelled and were informed you can take only SL as per hr i think if flexi holiday is approved that is also permissiible but not earned leaves. but if your manager is chill then don't worry enjoy the leaves
