
Leaves and work overload in notice period
My manager is setting unrealistic timelines and asking me to work in notice period. Of course not just me, entire team is working 15h and weekends to meet the timelines. I resigned because of this stress. Now he is forcing me to put all efforts in notice period. I resigned without offer. So I need time to prepare and attend interviews. He is not allowing to get some time for preparation. Now I put emergency sick leave. Not sure it gets approved or not. What max he can harm me? Can he give negative feedback in relieving letter? Does tcs allow leaves in notice period?

Will they ask me to pay back my salary saying poor performance

You are In notice period. TCS will anyways never take you back. Don't worry and don't listen to manager. Do reasonable amount of work.

Learn to say no, what will he do? Fire you ?
Dont get pressurised. Just give your genuine effort and resist for exploitation
