Leaves after resignation

Generally companies have a different leave policy for employees who have resigned and undergoing separation, and they are generally allowed fewer leaves than normal employees.

So prior leave "approval" doesn't mean anything once you resign, and how many leaves you can take after that will be governed by the resignation / separation policy of your company. So check the policy document for details about leaves allowed post-resignation.
