Leaves after maternity leave
My ML ends in Jan so I am thinking to exaust all kinds of leaves upto 2 months, but I have also heard that there is SPL ML, did anyone get paid leave please clarify on how to apply and also if anyone have faced issue while applying SL after ML.

Get a written note from your gynaecologist citing reason for rest. Spl ml is for one month you can take just after your 6m ML ends. Share this document with your HR to validate it with tcs doctor and to get all relevant approvals.

I saw someone availed iit in my last org, I think she submitted child medical certificates saying baby needs extra care
