Trending @Cognizant; Leaves adjustment in reducing the LWD.

I got early release in one month but while checking my earned leaves it is completely empty and the HR is telling it has been used in preponing the LWD. Is it the process because while agreeing for 1 monty releases they didn’t inform anything.

If you want early release they will use all the earned leave available

Even if they are using my earned leave still the few days of notice left so they not adjust that with the salary right ?

Well I also faced similar situation, where I had to leave the company in 45 days. Project manager was a good fellow so he understood my problem and gave me an early release as I didn't have much dependency. HR after getting clearance from the manager had asked me to send her a mail confirming that I don't have any issues with the earned leaves balance being adjusted with early release from organization. I replied back with the same what she had asked and I got early release clearance from HR as well. My remaining leave balance left after adjustment with early release, the basic amount for that was credited to my account within 1 month. Also my FFS was done within a month (45 days is max, mostly they do the FFS within 1 month).

Yeah but they communicated to you about utilising your leaves but in my case I was not informed and all my leaves got empty.
