Leave without pay in tcs

Can any one let me know recently took the leave without pay and will tcs give leave without pay bcz current rules are changing in tcs?

I've taken LWP in June, still struggling and having multiple followups with RMG person and HRs. you will face a little bit of struggle to get access back. apply lwp only after discussing with ur reporting person.

I would suggest you go for WFH.
