Does cognizant give leave travel allowance. I mean will cognizant pay us if we go on vacation and submit the details. I just saw the page I am not sure on this. #LTA.#LEAVE_TRAVEL_ALLOWANCE

It's for the old regime and LTA amount should be specified at the start of the financial year. Since you are a PA, you must have chosen the new regime so you can ignore it. Don't worry, you are not losing any amount here.
