What will happen to my Earned, Casual and Sick leave in next year, will it be carried Or get reset to 0 in january?

Flexi leaves expire in December and casual leaves expire in Mar and rest all carry forward till the predefined limit

Casual - will lapse at the end of March. Earned - Accumulate up to 44 and remaining encashed for grades upto C3B.
Sick - accumulated upto 60 and lapses thereafter
Flexi - get lapse at end of December
