Leave screenshot
Is it allowed for the team lead to ask for the leave screenshot applied on the ultimatix or simply the leave reference number is enough? This guys are troubling me asking screenshot of leaves details and I told then it’s unable to do it due to ISM policy.
Is the leave request not going for his approval? If not, he need to get that corrected or check with the person whom the request goes for approval ( if he/she is doubting you)
Yes the leave request goes to the supervisor approval. And this person is not even my Line manager in SPEED, it’s just for organisational purposes they are managing the team together. And she is doubting indeed and asking me screenshots whereas I’m unable to log in to the same from home

Tell him/her can create a group where everyone in team should post their leave request or screenshot, it should not be only for you
It's not required, but doing so also is not a breach of anything. It just means that your lead doesn't trust people under him, and needs proof for when they are absent.
Don't be surprised if they want you to do your work with your screen shared one day.
