Recently our managers told us that only 10 planned leaves allows for whole team in a month and not beyond that. We are a team of 20.

Considering worse case scenario that everyone starts taking 3 days planned leave in a month then only 3 people allowed to take leaves. There will be one unfortunate 20th person who gets 3 days leave after 6 month wait

My team is good and understanding people no toxic people leads and managers also good …but this rule is coming from higher management itseems as our project turned into capacity model and billing is based on hours … If we take leaves they can’t bill and won’t earn money…
