Due to my health condition, I have asked HR for long leave (elop) for 3 months and I am eligible too. But she is not responding from past 2 months to my mail request. Now I have decided to resign. What is the process? I am in project too. Do I need to attend office to submit the company belongings?
See if your hr is not responding, check whom is her immediate reporting manager , add him/her to that mail , Hr will respond for sure , if no reply received after 3 days , again drop a mail to new reporting manager of reporting manger of HR ie . Current HR 2 level up .. keep doing same some one will defined respond .😈

You can take sabbatical leave, instead of resignation
If you are in a project, while submitting resignation clearly mentioned the reason about your health condition and you require a short break for treatment ..
1st you have to initiate employee separation in infyme. There you will get LWD. If you don't want to serve notice period than talk with your manager after initiation of separation.
