A few weeks ago I took sick leave and I was not able to mark it from my phone. Next day I forgot to fill this in the time sheet. now it went as time sheet leave. The same scenario happened 3 times. Now my manager is asking me to give the last 3 month leave ids. Will this cause any consequences. Thank you for your time.
First you should apply the leave as soon as you can. If it happens multiple times obviously your manager, HR will ask you about it.
In case if timesheet leave is applied in the system then you should cancel the timesheet leave and apply proper leave. Timesheet leave cancellation will go to your manager for approval. Check with your manager why he/she is asking 3 month leaves record.
I request him for work from home for my medical condition. Then after 2 days he messaged me to give a screenshot of the last 3 month leave ids.
