Leave Process & WFO Exception

I am a fresher. I wanted to know what is the process for availing leave and WFO Exception.

Do I have to inform just the TL and can apply for the leave? Do I need to talk to the supervisor or project manager or both?

You need to formally send a leave request mail to your TL with your manager in cc. Get the approval before taking leave. WFO exception you should have a mail and the same should be approved in GESS
