Trending @Capgemini; Leave policy while serving notice period or before resign
Hi, Can we use our privilege leave to shorten our notice period?(like directly while resignation time do we have this option to select in Capgemini) Also, is it okay to take more than 10 days off, say 2 days at a time, during the notice period? Would HR or our manager take disciplinary action, especially if relations aren't great between us?
please give suggestions if you know anything about it.
I have resigned and I did request my HR if there is any option to shorten my notice period by 1 day as my joining in the new company is on the LWD at Capge , but HR denied it . They won’t even reduce the NP by half day also .. this was confirmed by HR. And we are allowed to take only 1-2 leaves during NP and not allowed to take continuous leaves above 2 days
You can’t reduce your NP by leave
The best option is to negotiate with Your Manager or Project manager if they agree then they can ask the Hr to do so
HR are just useless here they will do only things they are asked to do
