Leave policy to reduce notice Period

Is there any HR here? Can we use earned leaves to reduce our notice period. If “Yes” then what is the procedure. Can anyone help in this topic?

Using earned leaves to reduce notice period depends on company policy and manager's approval. Talk to HR and your manager for guidance. It's not a guaranteed option.
