Leave policy query
I have a query regarding leave approvals. My understanding is that leave is subject to project requirements, but are there any specific HR guidelines that prevent a week-long leave after a week long leave in previous months? leave rejection in such cases is based on a standard TCS policy or if it's purely at the discretion of the project manager. Any insights on how this is handled in your respective ODCs would be helpful. What to do in such rejection case
The organization does not have robust policy, managers can take advantage of this however if an employee knows their rights, they can be more powerful than a manager. No one can stop a sick leave, no one can force you to work, you delay you slack off...they will release you. Find another project
