I heard TCS gives 30 days of leave per year (including sick + casual). Can someone confirm? Also, do unused leaves carry forward?
The casual and sick leave policy is ‘use it or lose it.’ If you don’t utilize your leaves by the end of the cycle, they’re gone for good. Plan accordingly and take those well-deserved days off while you can. Don’t let them go to waste!
In TCS, the leave policy allows employees to take a total of 30 days off in a year. This is distributed as 16 days of earned leave, 7 days of casual leave, and 7 days of sick leave. This structure provides a balanced approach to managing personal time, emergencies, and health-related absences.
Carry forward only for earned leaves, up to 45 days.
