Could someone give a clarity on which leaves would be carried and which should be consumed by this month end

Silk leave and earned leave is carried forward and casual and holiday leave should be consumed in the year

What about flexi leave ? Will it get lapsed on March 31 or it’s till Dec 31 ?

CL - expire by 31st March EL - anything above 44 get removed. If you are C3B and below then you will get encahment for them. SL- anything above 44 would be lapsed Flexi - new flexi leaves are added on 1st Jan and they get lapsed on 31st December so no need to apply right now.
