Guys, can someone please suggest what is leave policy if employee has initiated separation. Suppose associate has 5 WBL, 27 annual leaves and 19 temporary work days. Don't have time to go through policy document hence asking here. Thanks

5 wellbeing leave is lapse, please utilize. You can take wellbeing leave in notice period also

Annual leave will be totally encashed. Temporary work from home days need to be utilised..if not .it will lapsed. Not sure what is wbl?
