Trending @Accenture; Leave policy abroad

Just curious, how is the leave policy abroad at Accenture? How many days do they get yearly? I have seen people in Europe and USA taking 3 weeks-off at a go, that too twice or thrice a year. Whereas in India, getting continuous leaves even for a week makes you feel that it's too much and Accenture will go bankrupt if you don't come back from your leaves. Plus 3 weeks is the total leaves that you get in India for the year.
