We(Bangalore) and the Chennai team work together. Recently they said the Chennai team had Updated Sick leave of 12 days. Now Personal leave: 12 and Sick Leave: 12. But Bangalore has Only 5 days of sick leave. Does we also get that updated policy or Need to ask with HR.

As per recent Tamilnadu government rule, Tamilnadu base location employees get 12 days sick leave. This will be mentioned as extra leaves and can be utilised post regular 5 days of sick leaves are exhausted.

I never heard of 12day sick leave. my base location is Hyd .I have 5 sick leaves only.
