Trending @Infosys; Leave on notice period

I applied for a 2 week leave for dec 26- jan 7, which the manager approved. Now I got an offer from ibm and if I am putting paper next week, is this a problem for leave. I see in esperation policy it is ok to take leave on notice period. But is it ok to take 2 week leave on np?

He can object and extend your notice period by 2 weeks. But since it’s already approved he really cannot do much. Per policy you are good

Hey any idea if I am on notice period and have to take 2 weeks emergency leave(health) will they extend my NP
