Hi everyone, I have 42 annual leaves left this year and was wondering if anyone could help clarify the company policy regarding leave encashment, carry forward, and lapsable leaves. How many leaves can typically be encashed or carried forward to the next year, and what happens to the rest? Would appreciate any insights or personal experiences. Thanks!

How did you get 42 leaves . How many leaves was carried forward to you this year. As we get only 22 leaves

Max CF leaves are 45 and beyond that all leaves are encashed and will paid in jan month sa6

Go to India LMS(My Leave) > Click on Annual Leave , it will show Max CF and that would be the number of leaves you can carry forward for Annual leaves

12 ALs carried forward rest will be encashed with basic pay.

Please check the LMS. In the corner, you can see the balance leaves. Expand it and you will have all the details, including how much leaves will be carried forward and how many leaves will be encashed.
