Can anyone explain how this leave lapsing works? How much will be balance for my NXT year?

If you get 20 leaves in a year you should use at least 10 of them or else that 10 will be lapsed.

You cannot have more than 30 leaves overall if you have it that extra leaves more than 30 will be lapsed.

So there is 2 rule, 50% will lapse and more than 30 will lapse?
