Leave lapse time period

I am a fresher who just joined few months back and I had a confusion regarding leave lapse time period in TCS. Does sick leave and casual leave lapses in the year end, that is, december or in financial year end, that is, in march? And also, per quarter wise how many earned leaves do we get?
