Trending @Capgemini; Leave it you get pega as your tech stack

This for all the folks who are working on pega or will be getting pega as their tech stack, it's high time to leave and start studying for something else, it's so backdated you won't be able to switch anytime before 5 years and that too you'll be getting a hike of just 10-20%. It's basically a career destroyer and if you want to be with the old and annoying people just because they have to work then go for it else leave it asap!!
