I have resigned from CTS, with 41 leaves in hand. 18 sick, 6 casual and 17 earned.
My manager told me I cannot take more than 1 sick leave on notice period, which is ridiculous.
At the LWD can I get paid for all of them including sick leaves?

Only earned leaves will be encashed

I guess you can take 2 sick leaves only in NP. You will get receive the email along with all information in a week after resign. And you will get encash only Earned Leaves

Yes you can not apply leave during notice
