First u will get mail if eligible.. In mail required steps are mentioned to follow for encashing max 8 leaves..

Okay thanks.. but will it come for Bengaluru location or stictly for hyd loc only ??

For Blr loc no policy to encash 8 leaves.. Hyd have the option..
