Trending @Accenture; Leave encashment limit in Accenture? How many leaves we can encash at the time of separation?
Check the leave policy, its different for each location but the number of leaves you can carry forward are all eligible for leave encashment. Like My location has 30 leave which can be carried forward and same number eligible for encashment.
Also you need to submit the leave encashment form , if not submitted the exit HR will do it for you, just check how many hours are mentioned in encashment form by HR. ( In my case the mentioned 70 hours less, on my last working day I noticed it and sent mail to them, payment got cleared by next month)
Only earned leaves can be encashed, casual/sick leave or any other leaves are not eligible for encashment

In allsec portal there is one tab as forms& something, in drop-down you can select leave encashment,
Or you may have received an exit mail 25 days before the last date, they attached the doc there so you can check the path in there
All you leaves will be encashed, you have been assigned a exit manager check your queires with them
Formula for encashment formula
=total fixed pay(india) / 2340 hours * no of accumulated leaves
Here 2340 hours is derived from 260 standard working days multiplied by 9 of standard working hours applicable for atci employee

Should be 45 days based on location...but you can refer to the leave policies in Accenture portal it will be in detail
