Trending @Infosys; Leave encashment limit and lwd

Hi I heard that there is a limit of 30 leaves to encash, So I have 5 extra leaves should I take em as my last working day is in this month. Also is there anything we have to do specifically to encash or is it an automatic process ?

It’s automatic. Yes take the 5 extra leaves else you will lose them without comp
