So, am I right to assume that we get max 30 days of leave encashment for a year of service?

For an example if we consider I have 55 days of earned leaves left which got accumulated over 4 years and at the time Fnf do we get a salary of 55 working days ?

I think that lady said it varies state to state as per state laws

You might need to do some Google search for the same
