Can anyone please help to understand the calculation of earn leave encashment which we get in full and final settlement? And if last working day is 31st Dec then will I be eligible for 4 additional earn leaves for this quarter?

Once in NP only sick leave is allowed. Besides you will get encashment for EL as per basic salary. if you have 22 EL it will mean around one month basic salary will be paid

Also new leave credit date is 1 st date of quarter so only till last quarter that is till December quarter whatever leave you have will be encashed
