Hi Guys

Today received a mail that we have Earned Leave Encashment Option. Last date to opt this is till Aug 1st fortnite. We have option to Encash 8 earned leaves for hyd location Anyone applied for this before ? And what is the calculation for this encashment. Is it based on Basic pay or total gross salary ?

Is basic pay and bas pay same ? Suppose my basic pay is 50k per month. U mean if I Encash for 8 days I will get only
8*50000/30 = 13,333 /-???

base pay is the fixed part of ur package.You can see it in rewards portal.
