In case of separation only, you can encash your earned leave. And it depends on which state you are tagged too.

Talking about Maharashtra: You get a total of 18 earned leaves in a fiscal year,
And let’s say you don’t take any earned leaves, you sort things out with sick and causal leaves.

So next year, again you will get 18 earned leaves and so on.

At the end of the year, your earned leaves should not exceed a count of 45 in total or it will lapse.

Best case scenario: Your basic pay * 45 = total encashed salary on separation.

Can I use the left over leaves for reducing my notice. I have heard of this but not sure if accenture does that
