Trending @Accenture; Leave encashment Deduction or self paid ??

Can someone please help me I have resigned and I have applied for notice period reduction by 15 days ..I have around 25 days earned leaves which is around 225 hours..hr asked me whether I want to reduce my 15 days from my earned leaves/ hours or I should pay for those 15 days first later on in F&F they will provide me whatever the amount I will have for those 25 days/225 hours..which would be best option as my next employer gonna pay me for wtever days I will be buying out in this case I am planned for 15 Days need your opinion suggestion guys ..please help
