Trending @Infosys; Leave Encashment Clarification

Hey guys, My LWD is very soon. So I need clarification on leave encashment. My basic salary is 31690 and I have 29 earned leaves. And 3 leaves are lapsing. So, Do I get encashment for 29 leaves or 26 leaves and what's the approximate amount I'm getting. Thanks for your response.
