Hi All,
Can you please let me know how many leaves can be encashed when we are leaving the company?
I currently have 27 earned leaves. Can I take holidays during the notice period. Could you please suggest.

I've visited the above site. I'm from Hyd location and there is not much information of encashment during exit.
The policy tells that we can encash upto 8 Leaves at the end of fiscal year. I couldn't find anything related to exit though
You can encash 45 leaves
Update:
I checked with HR Team, they confirmed that upto 60 working days of earned leaves can be encased during full and final settlement.
Note: This is applicable for HYD location
Max 30 days we can get, during notice period you have to check with your supervisor if there is no dependent on your project they will approve otherwise it's difficult better you can take WFH
Talk to the HR handling your exit. Usually its 30-35 encashable based on location
Depends on your location. Usually you can carry forward 45 days maximum in most of the location. But encashment is possible only after leaving the company and not during service
