Does Infosys give leave encashment payment at the full and final payment? I have resigned from infy and I have 15 leaves in pending will infy give encashment for this leaves , If yes then how much it gives for per leave as my current CTC 5.7 lpa

yes, you'll get the encashment at final payout 1.2k to 1.4k per leave so maybe in between 17 to 19k as per your 15 leaves

Dot they calculate this ((basic salary/30)*no of leaves ) or(( basic salary/22)*no of leaves))
