Are you sure that leave encashment limit is only 30?

+1 for leave encashment around 30 paid leave balance.

I dont want to rott in this hell hole to get gratuity.

You don't have DA in Accenture, gratuity would be calculated in basic. Leave Encashment, not sure if it's on basic or on total monthly salary.

Accenture's HR, they're as clueless as a goat on a boat. Leave encashment? Your daily wage times unused leaves. Gratuity? (Basic+DA)15/26service years. Simple, isn't it? Now, tell me, why can't Accenture's HR explain this clearly? Kya unko samajh nahi aata?
