I am currently on notice, which starts on August 12th, and my 47 leaves are pending. Please help me determine which month's salary will be blocked and how many leaves will be encashed at full and final settlement

Usually, the third month salary will be on hold and will be settled later. I guess 30 days of leave alone is eligible for encashment. Anyways cross check once
