Hey everyone,

I’m in the process of exiting Accenture and wanted to understand how leave encashment is calculated. I have 29 days of earned leave pending, and my basic salary is ₹15,000 per month.

From what I understand, the encashment is based on the fixed salary, not just the basic component. Could anyone clarify: Which components of salary are considered for leave encashment?

Would really appreciate insights from those who have gone through this recently. Thanks in advance!
