Anyone please let me know how much amount I will get full and final , I have 27.5 earned leaves My base pay is around is 12k and in hand was 30462,so what will be the Encashment for leaves ?

I believe encashment applies only when you're leaving the organisation during Final settlement, I don't think we can encash when we are still working...

If you are leaving cognizant then, only you will get Encashed for the leaves

I hope LE will calculate on basic +Da it means whatever take home salary for the month. Calculate for 27.5 days
