Trending @Accenture; Leave Encashment?

When I'm trying to submit timesheet I got an option asking if I want to Encash my leaves?Does this mean those leaves were from my previous year unused?

You can encash upto 8 leaves from your earned leave balance there is limit to number of earned leaves too if the limit exceeds the leaves gets lapsed

Yes click on yes when you get the option to encash and select number of days you want to encash and submit the myte if you missed that in this fortnight you can do it in next fortnight too
